Overview:
Field Merchandiser on the CA Coast! FULL-TIME:
Service Area: Paso Robles to North Santa Barbara/Buellton 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM; occasional holiday with OT.
Salary: $22/hr to $24/hr DOE plus mileage and expenses. NO WEEKENDS. Monday - Friday only.

Job Purpose:
- Merchandiser responsibilities are to verify that the customers received everything they ordered off the invoice as well as price, rotate, and stock items from pre-loaded totes. Merchandisers will be rotating all products to ensure the customer gets the extended length of product shelf life.
- Clean and arranges the displays and shelves, as needed.
- Communicate with Sales Representative or Regional Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.
- Develop a relationship with store managers and employees.
- Be a courteous and responsible driver at all times.
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
- Report any issues to their manager.
- Verify quantity and quality of each product.
- Date all frozen items/price all items unless store does not call for it.

- Insurance and Driver license required. Vehicle Insurance coverage amount: $100,000 per occurrence Property Damage $300,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury **Required**
- Personal vehicle to use. (reliable) **Required**
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach repetitively.
- Two years merchandiser experience is strongly preferred in a field sales support role or high volume retail.
- Stability in past employment.
- HS Diploma. Must be able to read/write English successfully both in writing and with computer/Email skills.
