Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Lays, and Gatorade in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.  What You'll Do Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided) Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Valid U.S. driver's license Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift Proof of insurance for transportation Position may require you to work holidays Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation) Position requires you to perform physical labor with or without a reasonable accommodation Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you'll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
