The Sales Trainee/Merchandiser position is responsible for effectively managing an established sales territory, encompassing selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable tasks. Key responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, executing territory management strategies, promoting current and new products, implementing promotions, conducting in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training to new personnel, preparing them to eventually manage their own sales territory.

The Merchandiser position supports, services and maintains accounts. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. This position requires a flexible work schedule to accommodate our business needs.

Job Description:
· Merchandise shelves with strategic shelf placement
· Serve accounts on a regular schedule
· Support in-store tastings
· Maintain cold boxes and build displays
· Stock inventories across accounts
· Competencies and Qualifications

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
· Ability to pass pre-employment background check
· Local candidates preferred, no relocation package
· Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Professional presentation and high energy personality
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
