About the Position:
- Compensation:
- $20.00/hour
- Eligible for a monthly bonus
- Eligible for additional seasonal pay during the summer months (Mid-May to Mid-September)
- Company issued vehicle and gas card
- Full Time: 5 day work week, early mornings and weekend work required.
- Overtime at time and a half, for any time worked over 40 hours in a work week.
- Service retail accounts in the Plymouth, Bristol, and New Hampton, NH area

Merchandisers work both independently, as well as alongside teammates on the sales and delivery team to ensure top tier customer service and satisfaction to the accounts we service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service accounts as scheduled to maintain product availability by stocking coolers, shelves and displays
- Coordinate with the customer on best display of product and use of cooler or floor space
- Place promotional point-of-service displays as directed
- Maintain visual appeal of products
- Be courteous and helpful to the customer and their customers
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal communication skills
- Able to follow directions, detail oriented, with an eye to visual presentation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, use a two-wheeler or U-Boat
