What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you'll help ensure our products are presented at their best in retail stores throughout your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our sales team, delivery drivers, and retail partners to keep shelves stocked, displays looking great, and customers happy.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking, rotating, and organizing wine and spirits on shelves, displays, and coolers
• Building and maintaining promotional displays and seasonal features
• Keeping backroom inventory organized and properly rotated
• Ensuring products are correctly faced, tagged, and merchandised
• Identifying out-of-stocks and communicating opportunities to the sales team
• Working with store managers and employees to deliver outstanding customer service
• Coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure product is merchandised accurately and efficiently
• Completing merchandising assignments safely, professionally, and on schedule
• Occasionally making small deliveries using a company vehicle

Previous merchandising, grocery, retail, or beverage industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Missouri Class E driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in retail stores, stockrooms, and coolers
