The Role (What you’ll actually do)
As a Merchandiser, you’ll keep Red Bull looking premium in assigned stores—stocked, rotated, faced, priced, and display-ready. You’ll work directly with store managers, protect brand standards, and keep backrooms organized. Thursday - Monday 6:00AM-3:00PM
Pay (No guesswork)
- $17.50/hour
- Bonus potential: $100/month

What your day looks like
- Rotate, reorganize, and refill shelves/coolers so product stays fresh and full
- Build displays and set up point-of-sale materials that drive attention
- Keep backrooms and inventory areas clean and organized
- Record inventory, complete required store surveys, and share feedback with the Account Manager
- Check in with store leadership and get a manager signature
What we need from you (must-haves)
- 18+
- Valid Iowa Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record
- Comfortable talking with store teams and representing the brand professionally
- Willing to drive a company car
- Able to work weekends
Physical requirements (this is an active job)
- Push/pull a grocery cart loaded up to 175 lbs
- Lift/carry product 10–60 lbs without mechanical help
- Stand for extended periods; work across inside/outside temperatures
