Merchandisers — Urgently hiring in Augusta and Waterville!

Job Title: Product Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available, weekends required
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on role with an independent schedule and career growth potential? Join a leading product and distribution services team as a Merchandiser in the Augusta and Waterville, Maine area and make an impact every day.

As a Merchandiser, you'll ensure product availability, build engaging store displays, and keep local retail shelves looking pristine. You’ll work independently on-site, partnering with local store management teams to maximize product visibility and provide a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
  • Restock shelves, racks, and specialized displays to maximize product visibility and store appeal.
  • Implement strategic placement plans and follow visual layout schematics/planograms.
  • Perform routine care, cleaning, and maintenance tasks for specific product lines.
  • Rotate stock and inspect product code dates to guarantee freshness and optimal quality.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized back-stock inventory areas.
  • Build and preserve positive working relationships with store managers and customer service staff.
  • Complete basic daily documentation and log inventory metrics accurately.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills and the self-motivation to work successfully on your own.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and lift up to 40+ lbs throughout your shift.
