As a Merchandiser, you'll ensure product availability, build engaging store displays, and keep local retail shelves looking pristine. Youll work independently on-site, partnering with local store management teams to maximize product visibility and provide a great customer experience.
What Youll Do
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Restock shelves, racks, and specialized displays to maximize product visibility and store appeal.
- Implement strategic placement plans and follow visual layout schematics/planograms.
- Perform routine care, cleaning, and maintenance tasks for specific product lines.
- Rotate stock and inspect product code dates to guarantee freshness and optimal quality.
- Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized back-stock inventory areas.
- Build and preserve positive working relationships with store managers and customer service staff.
- Complete basic daily documentation and log inventory metrics accurately.
