Northern Bottling Company is hiring a full-time Merchandiser to support retail accounts throughout the Minot area. This role focuses on stocking, organizing, and maintaining Pepsi product displays in local stores to ensure strong presentation and availability for customers.

This is a physically active, independent role with steady hours, strong benefits, and advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products
• Rotate product to maintain freshness standards
• Set up and maintain promotional displays
• Organize backstock and storage areas
• Move product from storage to sales floor
• Follow store merchandising standards and plan-o-grams
• Support store-level customer service needs as needed

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Starting at $18.50/hour or more depending on experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently
