Stuller's Merchandising division is made up of a dynamic team of subject matter experts in each jewelry product category. These specialized teams focus on developing and buying products, managing inventory levels and pricing, working with marketing to execute promotions and publications, and so much more! Back of Store (BOS) Merchandising encompasses multiple business units focused on product assortment, pricing, inventory management, and vendor collaboration across key product lines such as Tools, Metals, Packaging & Display, and Findings. These teams work together to develop business strategies, optimize profitability, and support customer needs through specialized product offerings and services within the jewelry industry.
The Merchandising Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of product presentations across both print and digital channels. This role works closely with the Back of Store Merchandising team - specifically Tools and Findings - to ensure products are accurately and compellingly represented.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering compelling presentations for print and digital category experiences, current project, and future ideas.
- Aid in the partnership with Category Owners and Digital Marketing team to deliver site optimization through filters and site navigation within category pages to ensure stronger shopping experiences.
- Uphold all data specifications standards and brand guidelines for both stuller.com and print materials while ensuring all data photo and product information accuracy.
- Leads print marketing deliverables as it relates to final paginations, key product focuses, and product story creation.
- Maintains effective partnership with Marketing, Digital merchandising, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in marketing, communications, and/or design
- Passion for excellence. High energy, self-motivated, and results oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize initiatives and collaborate across teams with ability to work under tight timelines and with quick turnarounds as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- The ability to use analytics to drive decision making and project ideation across categories on stuller.com and print channels.
- Desire to seek out and bring new ecommerce and digital marketplace knowledge, trends, and examples to others.
- Demonstrates the ability to imagine and analyze future scenarios, make assumptions, and explore alternative strategies
- Enthusiasm for testing, analyzing, and iterating on bold growth tactics for digital and print
- Passion for exploration and analysis of product and shopping trends in various channels
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams on key initiatives and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
