Job Summary

We are seeking a Merchandising Display Specialist with experience in structural corrugated packaging to design and develop innovative retail displays and promotional packaging solutions. This role combines creativity, engineering, and merchandising to create eye-catching in-store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing temporary retail displays, secondary packaging, and corrugated structures while collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept through production and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative temporary retail displays and promotional packaging.
• Develop structural concepts and detailed design specifications.
• Create cost-effective, durable corrugated display solutions.
• Manage supplier, vendor, and co-packer relationships.
• Conduct ship testing to ensure structural integrity throughout the supply chain.
• Improve existing display designs through material and labor optimization.
• Support display development from concept through manufacturing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Graphic Designers, and external vendors.
• Travel to co-packers and vendors for production start-ups when required.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in structural corrugated packaging or secondary packaging design (Required)
• Experience developing POP (Point-of-Purchase) displays or retail merchandising displays.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, structural design, and packaging specifications.
• Experience with ship testing and packaging validation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Industrial Design or Packaging Design background.
• Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail merchandising.
• Vendor and co-packer management experience.
• Understanding of printing methods and promotional packaging.
