JOb Title- Merchandising Display Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid/Remote)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs onsite, Friday WFH | 40 hrs/week
Travel: Up to 20% | Minimal OT as needed
Preference: Local candidates strongly preferred; remote possible for the right candidate

Position Summary:
Seeking a Merchandising Display Specialist with a strong industrial design and structural corrugated packaging background to develop innovative temporary, pre-packed consumer product displays. This role involves taking projects from concept and 3D design through testing, manufacturing, co-packing, and retail deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative, structurally sound, and cost-effective retail displays and promotional packaging.
• Create concepts, 3D designs, specifications, and packaging requirements.
• Conduct/manage ship testing and structural integrity testing.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, Graphic Designers, vendors, and co-packers.
• Manage supplier/co-packer relationships and support projects from concept through deployment.
• Identify opportunities for cost, material, labor, and structural improvements.
• Travel to co-packers for project start-ups and other activities as needed.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of structural corrugated packaging experience required.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated materials and secondary packaging.
• Experience with retail displays, POP, promotional packaging, or merchandising vehicles preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize designs in 3D and understand structural requirements.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and web-based tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a pet-friendly environment.
