The Merchandising Representative, reporting to the Regional Manager, serves as a brand ambassador across various retail channels, promoting products through displays, demos, and effective shelf management.
Responsibilities include planning merchandising initiatives, calling on target accounts, selling in displays, expanding product distribution, stocking shelves, rotating backstock, placing point-of-sale materials, supporting store resets, and participating in new store openings.
They will develop and maintain key account lists, conduct 15-20 calls daily, report activities via the sales app, submit weekly logs, and take photos for reporting.
This field-based role requires a valid U.S. Driver's License and involves driving within assigned markets in Baltimore, MD, or Cincinnati, OH.
Pay is $25/hour plus overtime, with a schedule from Wednesday through Sunday.
