ResponsibilitiesJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!* Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift (Sunday - Wednesday)* Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement* Salary: $64,896 - $81,120 plus target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service* Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies* Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes* Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands* Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards* Other projects or duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience* Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.* Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading toolEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
