MickeyValentine LLC is looking for driven Territory Growth Representatives to build new business within assigned areas across New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.
This is an outside sales position built around face-to-face prospecting. You will be given a territory and expected to consistently visit local businesses, speak directly with owners and managers, identify opportunities, follow up with prospects and close new accounts.
The role is highly independent. There is no sitting behind a desk waiting for leads to come in. Strong performers will spend their days actively working their territory, developing relationships and creating business through consistent in-person outreach.
Compensation is commission-based with significant upside. Representatives who produce at a high level have the opportunity to earn five figures per month, with earnings directly tied to performance.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with decision-makers
- Motivated by commission and uncapped earning potential
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”
- Disciplined enough to consistently prospect and follow up
- Professional and confident when representing the company
- Organized when managing leads and territory activity
- Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned NYC, Long Island or New Jersey territory
- Interested in growing into a larger role as the company expands
Prior outside sales, door-to-door, merchant services, telecom, insurance, solar, automotive, real estate or other commission-based sales experience is helpful but not required.
Training, sales materials and ongoing support will be provided. What matters most is work ethic, consistency, confidence and the ability to turn daily activity into results.
