Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required. EOE.The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000.
