Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting growth and strategic initiatives for merger and acquisition (M & A) transactions. Provides support across all phases of the M & A life cycle, with particular responsibility on qualitative, financial and valuation analyses. This role serves as a member of the strategy and development team and will be part of a team driving growth and strategic initiatives providing transactional support across all quantitative and financial phases of the M&A life cycle for the organization’s transactions.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance
Demonstrated deal experience, including hands-on involvement in enterprise valuation and full M&A transaction cycles
Strong financial modeling skillset — proven ability to independently build, stress-test, and interpret complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, etc.)
Background in investment banking, valuation firms, corporate development, or strategic advisory roles
Strongly Preferred
Experience in healthcare and/or large, complex organizations
Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and provider/payer landscape
Experience preparing board-level or executive-level strategic deliverables
Exposure to integration planning and post-close transition activities
