The Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II play a key role in evaluation, analyzing, and executing acquisitions of wireless communications and digital infrastructure assets. The position supports all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction execution, and post-acquisition performance tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field of study
2-3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, valuation, telecommunications infrastructure or related analytical role preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts, leases, and other legal or commercial agreements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large datasets while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity, data analysis, and workflow automation tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to improve efficiency and scale while exercising sound professional judgment.
Ability to critically evaluate, validate, and quality-check AI-generated analyses, summaries, and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Highly organized, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with telecommunications infrastructure, digital infrastructure, real estate, or infrastructure-related transactions is preferred but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Portuguese language skills preferred.
