Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonusThe Opportunity Our client is a growing multifamily real estate investment and development firm focused on acquiring and repositioning naturally occurring affordable and workforce housing across the Mid-Atlantic. They are seeking a Senior Associate / Manager of Multifamily Investments to play a critical execution role across acquisitions, underwriting, and transaction management. This role offers direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle, meaningful deal responsibility, and a clear path to advancement as the portfolio scales.Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities through broker relationships, off-market channels, and proprietary networksBuild and maintain detailed financial models and underwriting for value-add and repositioning strategiesMarket and submarket analysisProperty financial and operating reviewsAssisting with site visits and inspectionsSupport LOI development, contract negotiations, and transaction executionCoordinate with lenders through financing processes from term sheet to closingAssist in preparing investment committee materials and lender/investor presentationsTrack deal timelines and coordinate internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate closely with asset management and property management teams to ensure underwriting assumptions reflect operational realitiesRepresent the firm at industry events and maintain strong broker and lender relationshipsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong preference for multifamily acquisitions or investment analysisProven experience with financial modeling and underwritingWorking knowledge of debt structures, capital markets, and transaction processesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with real estate modeling software a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions concurrently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with value-add multifamily strategiesExposure to Mid-Atlantic multifamily marketsMaster's degree or professional designations (CFA, CCIM) a plus, not requiredCompensation & Growth Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to acquisitions and execution milestonesClear progression path to Director-level responsibility as the portfolio grows#J-18808-Ljbffr
