Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Analyst to join Digital Manufacturing team. This is a junior/mid-level role ideal for individuals to be part of the dynamic support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of MANUFACTURING applications. You'll collaborate with designers, Manufacturing Support lead, other team members of Manufacturing Support, and developers to deliver uninterrupted Manufacturing App support that enhance user experience and drive business goals.

Our Team

The Digital Manufacturing Support team provides Tier 1 support for manufacturing applications across Georgia-Pacific''s operations. The team includes Manufacturing Systems Analysts located in the United States and India who work together to support business-critical manufacturing systems, resolve production issues, and maintain application availability.

The team partners with business stakeholders, application delivery teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to support manufacturing technologies, application deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Team members contribute to the stability, performance, and enhancement of manufacturing applications used across the enterprise.

Location: Brunswick, GA Onsite 4 Days Per Week.

What You Will Do

  • Provide production support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related manufacturing applications
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Support Leads, Delivery Managers, developers, and other support team members to resolve production issues across multiple facilities and business units
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support
  • Support applications during deployment and hypercare periods
  • Develop and maintain support documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles
  • Assist in training team members and end users on support processes and application functionality
  • Guide users through established support processes to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Coordinate with site infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to digital signage platform
  • Participate in application enhancements, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase business value and operational effectiveness

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst supporting technology-enabled process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in manufacturing processes and operations
  • Experience in IT service management processes and frameworks, including ITIL principles
  • Experience using ticket management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 2-5 years' experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • 2-5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL server, including querying and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Process Control Logic (PLCs)
  • Experience supporting digital signage platforms, including content management, operational communications, KPI displays, and user adoption within manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial software applications in a production environment
  • Experience with application deployments, system integrations, or continuous improvement initiatives
