Implementation & Integration

  • Lead MES implementation efforts from concept through deployment
  • Configure and customize the FactoryLogix MES platform to support manufacturing operations
  • Integrate MES with ERP, shop-floor equipment, and supporting enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot system logic, workflows, and data integrations to maintain operational accuracy

Manufacturing Operations Support

  • Implement MES solutions for production tracking, quality management, and inventory visibility
  • Develop real-time dashboards and reporting tools to support production and leadership decision-making
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance to system administrators and development teams supporting MES
  • Establish best practices for MES development, configuration, documentation, and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting manufacturing systems, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing initiatives
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing or configuring MES platforms in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with FactoryLogix MES or comparable MES platforms
  • Strong understanding of defense or regulated manufacturing environments and shop floor operations
