We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer with hands-on experience in Emerson Syncade and/or Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate understands how MES technology supports pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic batch records, production workflows, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support MES applications using Emerson Syncade and/or Rockwell PharmaSuite.

  The official product name is Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite, commonly referred to as:

  • PharmaSuite

  • FactoryTalk PharmaSuite

  • Rockwell PharmaSuite

  • FTPS

• Develop and maintain Electronic Batch Records (EBR/eBR) and Master Batch Records (MBR).

• Support MES integration with manufacturing automation systems, ERP, and other plant systems.

• Troubleshoot MES issues and support system improvements, upgrades, and implementations.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Automation, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams.

• Ensure systems and documentation comply with GMP, GxP, and applicable FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade and/or Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.

• MES experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or related regulated life sciences manufacturing.

• Experience configuring, developing, implementing, or supporting MES solutions.

• Familiarity with Electronic Batch Records, recipe configuration, and manufacturing workflows.

• Understanding of GMP, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

• Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related technical background.

Highly Desirable

• Direct experience with both Syncade and PharmaSuite.

• Emerson DeltaV, PLC, SCADA, or other manufacturing automation systems.

• Computer System Validation (CSV), IQ/OQ/PQ, and GAMP 5.

• Integration with SAP, ERP, LIMS, or other manufacturing systems.

• Experience with MES deployments, system migrations, or pharmaceutical facility expansions.
