MES Engineer

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a MES Engineer for their Saint Albans, VT location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell
• Optimize recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
• Support MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements
• Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues
• Maintain documentation and support validation/compliance activities

 
Requirements:

• FTPS knowledge preferred
• Minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES
• Experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.)
• Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements
• Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
