Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MES Functional Consultant with 4 7 years of expertise in Siemens Shopfloor Connect and application maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage MES solutions, support stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service delivery while aligning with business processes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide MES functional consulting expertise to support manufacturing operations.
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
Deliver technical and functional solutions using Siemens Shopfloor Connect.
Manage application maintenance and support, ensuring seamless system performance.
Utilize ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira for incident tracking and resolution.
Ensure timely task execution with high-quality outcomes.
Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of deliverables.
Maintain strong communication skills, proactively engaging with teams.
Align with customer culture and business expectations.
Perform due diligence to meet business objectives efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience:
4 7 years of experience in MES Functional Consulting.
Strong expertise in Siemens Shopfloor Connect.
Proven experience in application maintenance and support.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
