? Experience in Troubleshooting & Resolving issues related to PharmaSuite/PMX/Syncade MES.? Working knowledge of IT Life Cycle management, IT Business Process Model, S95 model and other IT processes? Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and spoken English.? Strong problem-solving, analytical, & process improvement skills.? Able to Perform IQ/OQ & develop validation document.
