MES Program Manager SME (Siemens Opcenter)

Role: MES Program Manager / SME

REMOTE

Experience: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead global MES program implementation across multiple Lumentum manufacturing plants.
• Drive MES strategy, roadmap, governance, and deployment using Siemens Opcenter.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, plant teams, IT, OT, and system integrators.
• Ensure standardization of manufacturing processes, templates, and best practices.
• Manage program budgets, risks, schedules, and vendor engagement.
• Support digital manufacturing transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• Deep MES implementation experience across discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong Siemens Opcenter knowledge preferred.
• Experience in global multi-site MES rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and program governance skills.
