Job Summary
We are seeking Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultants for full-time remote roles with a growing industrial digital transformation practice. Candidates will design, implement, and support MES/MOM and SAP DM solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of MES/MOM and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions for manufacturing clients
- Configure and integrate manufacturing execution systems with ERP and shop floor systems
- Conduct client workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations
- Document functional and technical specifications for manufacturing system deployments
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing MES, MOM, or SAP Digital Manufacturing systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP DM, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or comparable platforms
- Strong understanding of discrete or process manufacturing operations
- Experience working directly with manufacturing clients in a consulting capacity
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
