Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
- Ability to process map site requirements using Microsoft Visio or alike software
- Ability to work with site SMEs to turn paper batch records into EBRs in Rockwell PMX
utilizing existing functionality
- Ability to design Building Blocks that can be reused in multiple processes
- Ability to author requirements, SPEC, and validation documents
- Ability to test an EBR full functionality in a compliant manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced agile team environment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Global IT team and site representatives to understand business needs and implement
innovative solutions to add value to the site while maintaining computer systems in a validated state.
- Creating Production Procedures using Rockwell PMX tool.
- Testing the Production Procedures in EBR (MES tool) using HP ALM tool.
- Conduct Process meetings with Business Team.
- Making the Production Procedure Ticket Valid.
- Identify and implement technical requirements resulting in appropriate technology, application, process, solution, and
information solutions and continually grow depth in one or more technologies, tools, methodologies, and/or concepts.
- Evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Resolve challenging technical issues via break-fix testing, trouble tickets, and/or change requests.
- Produce and maintain project documentation as required.
- Exchange technical information with colleagues and onshore/offshore technical resources
- Support and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and/or procedures.
- Assure technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies.
- Assure technology best practices include use of feedback and monitoring to enhance the state of control of delivered
solutions.
Salary Range: $100,000- $110,000 a year
