Position Requisition: MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert Company: Oryza Group, LLC Program/Contract: Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE / Force Generation Professional Support Services Position Title: MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert Number of Positions: 1 Position Type: Contingent upon contract award, funding, Government/customer approval, and final Oryza approval Security Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required at the time of proposal submission Position Summary Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert to support Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE under the Force Generation Professional Support Services requirement. This position will provide instructional systems design, learning standards, curriculum development, and course development support aligned with Objective Area #1. The selected candidate must have significant Instructional Systems Design experience, extensive experience developing NETC-compliant courses and curriculum, Master Training Specialist qualification, and recent practical experience in MESF curriculum development. The candidate must be able to support Government learning standards requirements in a professional, compliant, and mission-focused environment. This position is contingent upon contract award, funding availability, Government/customer approval, verification of qualifications, and Oryza’s final staffing determination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Serve as the MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert supporting Objective Area #1.
- Provide Instructional Systems Design expertise in support of MESF learning standards, training, and curriculum requirements.
- Develop, review, assess, and update NETC-compliant courses, curriculum, instructional materials, and related training products.
- Support curriculum analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and revision activities.
- Ensure training and curriculum products align with applicable NETC standards, customer requirements, and MESF mission needs.
- Provide practical MESF curriculum development expertise based on recent experience within the past 5 years.
- Prepare written products, curriculum documentation, course materials, briefings, and recommendations for Government review.
- Coordinate with Government personnel, MESF leadership, training stakeholders, and other applicable organizations as required.
- Support learning standards compliance, curriculum quality control, and process improvement efforts.
- Use civilian and/or Government-approved Artificial Intelligence assistance tools only when authorized and appropriate under applicable contract, security, and customer requirements.
