Our client is seeking a Materials Testing Technician to join their team. As a Materials Testing Technician, you will be part of the Materials Testing Department supporting the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Materials Testing Technician

Location: Wyoming

Shift: 2nd & 3rd
Pay:  $22-$24/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform metallurgical testing and analysis on various materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and examine samples using microscopy and other laboratory techniques.
• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records of laboratory activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot material issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in metallurgical testing is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
