Purpose of the Social Ads Specialist is to lead or assist in the creation and management of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube ads that maximize the online presence of businesses. Collaborate with Account Management and Strategists on campaign strategy and value communication.

WHO YOU ARE

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to increase revenue and have a history of strong ROI working in Meta Business Manager and other social platforms. As a Social Ads Specialist, you’ll implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Meta Ads certified

• Meta Ads Expert

• Create and run Meta ads campaigns from start to finish. Create and launch full ad sets with differing objectives and goals.

• Advanced knowledge in generating pixels, run pixel tests, implementing UTM codes, and tracking performance

• Creative copywriter + editor

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in social ad campaigns

• Work with our team to optimize copy and landing pages for better campaign conversions

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Knowledge of trends on marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting and paid social media advertising (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok in near future)

• Excellent communicator and creative thinker

• Client communication and reporting on campaigns

• Communication with leadership on campaigns

• Management of budget for all social ads

• Complete all boosted content assignments as given by the team

• Management of the company’s business manager and getting clients into BM

• Experience, enthusiasm for our industry (Aesthetic Medicine)

• Enthusiasm for paid ads and drive for continued growth

Requirements

• Meta Lead Ads (REQUIRED)

• Meta Conversion Ads (REQUIRED)

• Meta pixel mastery (REQUIRED)

• Meta UTM code implementation (REQUIRED)

• Google AdWords: 1 year (Preferred)

• Creation of designs for ads (CANVA or ADOBE)

• SEM: 1 year (Preferred)

• PPC: 1 year (Preferred)

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Starting Pay: $50-58k/year, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time (32 hours per week), Salary
Schedule to be determined post hire, but flexibility is a requirement
