What You’ll Do

• Conduct general genetics evaluations for pediatric and occasional adult patients
• Manage biochemical and metabolic disorders with diagnostics and treatment plans
• Provide inpatient consults in PICU, NICU, and pediatric wards
• Collaborate closely with genetic counselors and clinical staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Support hospital initiatives with inpatient and outpatient care
• Maintain strong diagnostic skills and uphold safety standards in a busy hospital setting

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification in Genetics (MD or DO)
• Valid Missouri and Illinois medical licenses (or eligible)
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical genetics and metabolic disorders
• BLS, DEA, BNDD certifications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience with metabolic condition management
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to hospital workflows
