What You'll Do:

• Read job specifications and follow production process sheets
• Set machine stops and guides to precise measurements
• Position and align materials using fixtures and guides
• Monitor machine operation for quality and equipment performance
• Perform quality checks while maintaining a safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working with your hands and using power tools
• Strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
