What You'll Do as a Metal Fabricator:- Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals
- Prepare, fabricate, and paint parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and production defects promptly
What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabricator Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
