Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabricator / Painter workers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. In this role, you’ll support the fabrication and finishing of HVAC components used in on-road and off-road vehicles. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating tools and equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers steady hours and weekly pay.
What You’ll Do as a Metal Fabricator:- Fabricate and prepare metal parts and components for assembly
- Paint and finish metal products according to specifications and quality standards
- Read and interpret basic drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and minimize rework
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabricator Role:- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or painting experience preferred but not required – training provided
