About the Role: Metal Ops LLC is looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Stuart, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew crafting quality metal products from start to finish. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and love working with your hands, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders to plan fabrication projects
Cut, bend, and shape, metal components using hand tools and machinery
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and inspection of fabrication equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related trade
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
