    Join Our Manufacturing Team

    We are looking for a motivated and dependable Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will fabricate parts using a variety of metalworking equipment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.     Key Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate fabrication equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
    • Utilize equipment such as band saws, press brakes, metal shears, plate rollers, and other fabrication machinery.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic equipment upkeep.
    • Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
    • Store fabricated parts in designated inventory and storage locations.
    • Track jobs, work orders, and production activities using the company computer system.
    • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
    • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Ability to learn and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
    • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
    • Comfortable using computers for job tracking and production reporting.
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

    Preferred

    • Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience.
    • Experience operating fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, saws, or plate rollers.
    • Forklift operation experience.
    • Experience working in a production-driven environment.

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
    • Regular use of hands and arms to operate fabrication equipment and handle materials.
    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
    • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with machinery, moving materials, and varying production demands.
