Fabricator

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour DOE + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed

Fabricator – Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow fabrication drawings or cut lists
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift and move up to 80-100 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication shop
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available

Fabricator – Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Fabricator to join our production team. This position is responsible for cutting, bending, preparing, bundling, tagging, and staging steel and construction materials for customer orders. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to producing quality products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Fabricator – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Fabrication & Production

• Read and interpret cut lists, fabrication instructions, and work orders
• Cut, bend, and prepare steel, rebar, and other construction materials to specification
• Measure and verify materials for accuracy before and after fabrication
• Bundle, tag, organize, and stage completed orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

Material Handling

• Move materials safely throughout the shop and staging areas
• Assist with loading completed orders onto trucks and trailers
• Operate fabrication equipment, forklifts, and shop tools when authorized
• Keep customer orders organized and separated for efficient delivery

Safety & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
• Assist with additional shop and warehouse duties as needed

Fabricator – Additional Qualifications

• Previous fabrication, steel, rebar, welding, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
• Experience operating saws, benders, shears, or other fabrication equipment is a plus
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and safety
