Metal Finisher/Grinder

Overview:

A growing metal fabrication facility in Rogers is seeking a dependable Grinder / Finishing Operator to join their production team. This position is responsible for grinding, sanding, and finishing metal parts to meet quality and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, sand, and finish metal components using hand and power tools
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure surfaces meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal grinding, finishing, or fabrication preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
