Metal Finishing Operator

Position: Deburring & Texturizing Operator – Great Hours & Weekends Off! 
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift workers
1st shift- Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM and Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
2nd shift : Monday – Thursday 2:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
Off on Fridays.- Hello long weekends!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use hand tools and motorized equipment to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections

• Follow specific processing instructions and blueprints

• Use magnification (up to 10X) to inspect and finish parts

• Handle parts carefully to avoid surface damage

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Achieve daily production goals while meeting high-quality standards

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic math, spelling, and English skills

• Manual dexterity and ability to use grinders, buffing wheels, speed lathes, and belt sanders

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Strong attention to detail – your eye for precision matters!

• Experience reading blueprints is a plus, but not required
