Requirements:
- Proven experience with metal flashing installation (required)
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
- Knowledge of roofing and/or construction practices
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Install metal flashing on residential and/or commercial projects
- Measure, cut, and shape metal materials as needed
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing
- Follow safety protocols and job site guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Competitive pay based on experience
