First Shift | Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

How You Will Contribute
- Operate lasers, press brakes, rollers, saws, belt sanders, and other fabrication equipment
- Read work instructions and production schedules
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
- Safely utilize material handling equipment
- Perform equipment changeovers as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Cross-train across multiple process areas
- Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
Criteria for Success
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

- Stable work history
- Basic computer and math skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic math and computer proficiency
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, and movement
- Ability to work in hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing environments
