Required Skills
- Prior forklift experience (required)
- Experience operating or assisting with industrial processing machinery (industrial saws, shears, crushers, plasma cutting equipment, etc.)
- Ability to perform material handling and support shipping/receiving
- Comfortable working in a non?climate?controlled environment
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow all procedures and guidelines
- Flexibility to work across departments and rotate work areas as needed
- Background in metal fabrication, metal processing, or related heavy manufacturing
- Experience with basic inspection or verifying materials meet specifications
- Previous experience in construction, production, or industrial warehouse environments
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, metal processing, or similar industrial settings preferred
- Ability to reliably work 2nd shift: 2:30 PM11:00 PM
- Able to perform physically demanding work (standing, lifting, bending) and work safely around heavy equipment
- Comfortable working in hot, dusty conditions during warmer months
- Direct hire position (not temp-to-hire)
- Pay: $20.00/hour
