Job Description – Metal Production Associate (Foundry)

Position: Metal Production Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable individuals to join a metal manufacturing team. Associates will assist with the production of cast metal parts by operating equipment, handling materials, performing finishing work, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. The work environment is industrial and may be hot, dusty, and physically demanding. 

Job Duties:

• Load and unload metal castings.
• Grind, clean, and finish metal parts.
• Inspect products for quality and defects.
• Operate production equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Lift and move materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
