Metal Production Associate

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can stay active throughout the day?

We're hiring Production Associates to help restore and rebuild retail equipment to like-new condition. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, assembling and disassembling components, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Location: Newton, NC 
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/Hour

How You'll Make an Impact

• Disassemble and rebuild equipment using hand and power tools
• Inspect components for damage, wear, or defects
• Replace parts and assist with repairs as needed
• Perform quality checks throughout the process
• Sort and organize materials and components
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Is This Opportunity Right for You?

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
