Metal Production Worker – Start Immediately – Lots of Overtime

Location: Villa Rica/Douglasville, GA area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Start Date: Thursday, August 20, 2026

CHASE Staffing is urgently hiring dependable Metal Production Workers for a metal manufacturing and industrial painting facility in the Villa Rica/Douglasville area.

We need people who genuinely want to work, are willing to work plenty of overtime, and can be counted on to report to work every day with a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Friday and Saturday, currently: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Additional overtime may be required

• Must be willing to work extended hours when production demands increase

Job Responsibilities

• Open crates of product

• Tape and prep parts as needed to be painted

• Load parts onto racks to be painted

• Remove painted parts from racks

• Load and unload parts for the pretreatment process

• Wrap finished parts for shipping

• Assist in other production areas as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members

Work Environment

This is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in changing temperatures and performing hands-on production work throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be available to start Thursday, August 20, 2026

• Excellent attendance and punctuality

• Dependable and ready to work every scheduled day

• Positive attitude with no ongoing attitude or teamwork issues

• Willing to help wherever needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment

• Available to work substantial overtime when required

• Steel-toe shoes are required

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Attendance is extremely important. Candidates with ongoing attendance problems should not apply.
