METAL PRODUCTION WORKER URGENT TEMP TO HIRE

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Location: Villa Rica/Douglasville Area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed

A local manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Racker/Production Associate. This position supports the production team by properly loading and securing metal materials onto beams for processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rack metal extrusions, sheets, and fabricated materials onto beams

• Prepare and organize metal materials for production

• Assist with general assembly and fabrication duties as needed

• Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds

• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage

• Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work cooperatively with production team members

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience is preferred

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Must be able to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production work

• Steel-toe footwear is required

• Must have dependable transportation

• Must maintain good attendance and arrive on time

• Must have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team

• Must be available for overtime when needed

• Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check
