Metal Stamping Punch Press Technician

Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire (your choice)

Hours: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE)

Workweek: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Work Setting: On-site

What will you handle day-to-day?

• Running punch presses and associated machinery to meet specification and quality targets
• Reading instructions and blueprints, then verifying with precision measurement & inspection
• Washing or oiling parts as required for process flow and protection
• Keeping your area clean, organized, and efficient while following all safety procedures
• Deburring and finishing as needed
• Troubleshooting equipment and mechanical issues to maintain throughput
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates; helping with broader production needs

Must-haves

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable, on time, and hard‑working
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves

• Prior punch press or metal stamping experience
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Comfort working safely around industrial machinery
