Metal Treatment Production Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Requirements for the Production Associate

• Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a high-heat and physically demanding environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Production Associate Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts onto racks, baskets, and conveyors for processing
• Inspect parts before and after processing to identify damage, defects, or cleanliness issues
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery under supervision
• Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Label, package, and stage finished products for shipment
• Monitor processing times and communicate delays or production concerns to supervisors
• Assist with general labor tasks and support production operations as needed
