Job Description
We are seeking a Metallurgical Engineer to provide leadership and technical support for manufacturing processes and product quality. This role involves evaluating and developing products, processes, and equipment based on customer requirements. Join our collaborative, safety-focused, and inclusive environment that offers strong development opportunities. Ensure procedures, product controls, and process controls are followed, resolve quality issues, and drive improvements in products, processes, and equipment. Support product and process development aligned with customer needs, and collaborate with support staff, shift leaders, and the hourly workforce to maintain smooth operations.

Work Environment
Work in one of the largest and most stable employers in the Quad Cities, within a one-mile-long aluminum rolling mill facility. Enjoy a team environment with other engineers and technicians, and participate in various employee resource groups and outside work activities. The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
