Metalwork Lead

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations in the welding and fabrication sectors, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include orchestrating work schedules, enhancing workflow, and fostering a productive and safe work atmosphere. You will champion Lean Manufacturing practices, support cross-training initiatives, and develop comprehensive process plans to optimize resource utilization including labor, equipment, and space. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in ERP systems and production scheduling. You'll play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining ISO Quality System standards. This position requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferably within manufacturing supervisory roles.
